Software Company Alto Gives Away Property Valuation Reports
Greycoat real estate agency specialists share information concerning the UK´s current housing trends. Alto, a software for the property industry, debuted a free property valuation report in its latest app. Real estate agents and Realtors can access and print the reports in the Alto desktop software or Alto Mobile, its mobile app.
Alto provides full use rights for the information, so this estate agents can use the content as needed for market analysis or in sales pitches to buyers. Free access to these property valuation reports speeds up the agent’s research on a listing, and it saves them money since they do not have to subscribe to the data sources or pay an employee to conduct first-hand research, said a representative of Greycoat Real Estate.
Each report contains integral data, including:
Property price analysis
Home sales history
Properties in the vicinity for sale
Properties in the vicinity for rent
Local crime rates
Flood risk
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating
Local planning information
Local schools
Local transportation options
Greycoat informs that Alto collates the data from the Department for Leveling Up, Housing and Communities (DLIHC), Ofcom, Ofsted, and Zoopla. According to Alto chief operating officer Riccardo Dawson, 78% of Alto users found the reports “useful” in their work. The company obtained its data through a feedback mechanism in its app.
